The shipping charges to us must be pre-paid. We will refund your money or replace the item at your request. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not sell any "grey market" products. Everything we sell comes with the complete U.S. warranty and we honor all manufacturer's warranties. Any products not manufactured by Winners Circle/ Pro-Line must be sent to the original manufacturer. Follow the warranty information that was included with the product. Call if you need help.
If you send an item for warranty
replacement we will pay the shipping back to you.
For all returns you must call and get a
return authorization number.
